Yesterday the actress gave a behind-the-scenes look at what exactly goes into them. What we learned? They're hard to get off and Monistat—yes, the yeast infection cream—is involved in the application process. Taking over Access Hollywood's Instagram feed for the day, Alexander wrote, "First up, a shot of me getting my tattoos applied. They're nice, I promise."
