Easy Installer stuck on downloading screen - Samsung S7 - Easy

Hello, I am absolutely not tech-savvy but had hoped to manage installing /e/os witht he Easy Installer. I have a Samsung S7 SM-G930F which is supported. I am stuck on the download page. Yesterday it said it was downloading 43 MB today 1015 MB but on both occasions, it seems to ge to the end of the download and then just gets stuck, with the green bar going backwards and forwards and nothing happening. I have tried using different usb cables, to no effect. the log is below if it helps Than
